Entry Requirements
Validated by the National Youth Agency and conferring nationally qualified youth worker status, this course provides a broad context for the study of young people's services.
This course will provide you with the opportunity to study for an Honours degree while developing a strong professional discipline and identity. It is designed for those already working with young people who require a JNC - a professional youth work qualification to enhance future career prospects.
The course builds on the strength and diversity of current service provision to prepare you for an increasingly complex and continually changing work environment. You will develop an appreciation of the needs, rights and aspirations of young people, while learning to assess and understand them.
