Entry Requirements
Entry requirements: Qualified Teacher Status or Overseas Qualified Teacher Status. Applicants must also meet the eligibility criteria of the Training and Development Agency (TDA) and meet other requirements as may be imposed by the Department of Education and TDA. Applicants must be employed as a teacher in an eligible school. The school can become a member of the regional MTL consortium by signing up to the MTL Partnership Agreement between the school and the higher education institution supporting their member(s) of staff.
Credit transfer and APEL: Students may transfer up to 30 L7 CATs/15 ECTS from their ITE into phase 1 in place of module TL7001. Also, students may transfer up to 30 L7 CATs/15 ECTS or seek APEL into phase 3 in place of module TL7906
