Entry Requirements

  • A-Levels UCAS Tariff Points Required: 260
  • GCSE / Standard grades required: Five GCSEs (Grade C or above) required, including English and Mathematics.
  • Diploma in Foundation Studies (Art & Design, Art, Design & Media) accepted.
  • Other equivalent qualifications may be accepted.
  • IELTS Score Required: 6.5 (6.0 in all components) or acceptable equivalent.
  • Applications are welcomed from those who are returning to education. These students should demonstrate potential and motivation.
  • Overseas applicants who will be considered in line with normal entry requirements are welcomed.

Curriculum

The course will build students' experiences of media production tools and techniques, professional practice, creativity, narrative skills, digital media technology and contemporary media theory. As well as making media products students will study academic modules and graduate with a range of transferrable skills valued in many career paths.
