- Five GCSEs A*- C including English and Maths or a full Level 2 qualification with literacy and numeracy at an appropriate level.
Curriculum
You will learn through a mixture of taught lessons, group work and practical activities and this will be applied to actual events and activities within the Hospitality industry. Assessment is via coursework which may take the form of written assessment, short presentations on given topics, role-play or group work for each unit.
You will study a range of different units where you will learn about the hospitality industry, supervisory skills, customer service and food and drink service, to name just a few.
To support the work you do we will take you on industry visits and invite in guest speakers. You will also undertake work experience and will be given many opportunities to add value to your CV.
