Entry Requirements
You will need to be proficient in written and spoken English and will be required to demonstrate this in rigorous pre-course literacy tests and subsequent interview. It would be preferred that you already hold GCSEs as previously noted, in English, maths and science, however, each application will be assessed on merit.
Before being accepted on to Access you will need to pass all stages of our interview process which comprises an initial screening test, a literacy test and a final interview.
On successful completion of the interview process you will be offered a conditional place on this course for the next academic year.
Curriculum
The Study Skills module is mandatory across all Access pathways. Additionally you will study a range of science units at Level 3, including biological science, chemistry and physics.
