English and Maths:
- All applicants must have passes in English and Maths in any of the following: SQA Standard Grade 1-3, National 5 grade A-C, Intermediate 2 grade A-B, GCSE grade A-C.

- Higher AABB; A Level BBC; ILC (H) A2A2B2B2; BTEC Extended Diploma DDM; International Baccalaureate 30
- Essential subjects: Mathematics (min. grade B) at Scottish Higher or AS Level (min. grade B)

- Advanced Higher: AAB (to include Maths and Computing: A)
