OBU Stage One
- Research and Analysis Project Seminar by FTMSGlobal Specialist Lecturer The seminar will cover:
- Introduction and pre-requisites for the 6500-word RAP and the 2,000-word SLS
- Choosing a suitable topic
- Communication and preparing and for mentor meetings and the role of the mentor
- Research Methods – Primary and Secondary Research
- Information Gathering
- Analysis of information
- Conclusion and report writing
- Writing the Skills & Learning Statement (SLS)
- Referencing and basic IT skills
- Report presentation
- Submission procedures
OBU Stage Two
Mentorship Programme (face-to-face meeting + flexible timing) 3 meetings between student and mentor (30 minutes each session) and email support. Student can arrange a suitable time with their mentor for all three meetings.
