- Bahasa Malaysia
- Science subjects: Biology or Chemistry; OR Physics with a pass in Biology; OR General Science / Applied Science
- Mathematics or Additional Mathematics
- 2 (two) other subjects
- AND pass in English
- Pass with a minimum of 5 credits in the following subjects:
- STPM:
- Pass with a Grade C (GPA 2.00) in one subject AND a minimum of 3 credits in the following subjects:
- Science Subjects: Biology or Chemistry; OR Physics with a pass in Biology; OR General Science
- Mathematics or Additional Mathematics
- Pass with a Grade C (GPA 2.00) in one subject AND a minimum of 3 credits in the following subjects:
