The Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) programme is developed in collaboration with REHDA Institute to provide industry professionals with specialized expertise in the real estate and property development sector. This programme is designed to enhance productivity, promote innovation, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism while advancing best practices in the industry.
The curriculum emphasizes the acquisition of technical knowledge, social responsibility, ethics, and professionalism, alongside essential communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. A Bachelor's Degree in the field or related fields with a CGPA of 2.75 and above or an equivalent qualification approved by the Senate OR

A Bachelor's Degree in the field or related fields with a CGPA of 2.00 to 2.74, or an equivalent qualification approved by the Senate, subject to a rigorous internal assessment OR

Candidates without a Bachelor's degree in the related fields or relevant work experience must complete appropriate prerequisite courses determined by UTAR and meet the minimum CGPA requirements stated above.
