About
The one-year foundation program equips students with the fundamental knowledge they need to start their further education.
Program Objectives In order to generate foundation graduates who will pursue a bachelor's degree in science and technology, to cultivate students who, in accordance with the National Education Philosophy, will go on to become professionals and national leaders by being informed, capable, competitive, and morally upright, and to consistently improve students' knowledge and abilities in order to close gaps in certain sectors across the nation.

Entry Requirements
Entry Level and Requirements
For Local Students
- Pass SPM / SPMV with at least credits in 5 subjects; OR
- Pass the O-Level with at least a C grade in 5 subjects; OR
- Other equivalent qualifications.
- Eligibility for Basic Foundation (s) areas of specialization, such as medicine, engineering and student accounting requires additional subject credit (for example Mathematics, Additional Mathematics and Science) at the level SPM / SPMV / O-Level or equivalent subject to the needs of the field offered. OR
- Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
For International Students
- Students must complete 11 years of schooling and obtain a general pass in their Secondary School Certificate,
- O-levels or equivalent with min Grade C in 5 subjects including Mathematics and one Science subject.
