The Grand Final of the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GT Cup Malaysia was held at Sunway University, marking a thrilling culmination of the country’s premier racing simulation event. Graced by YB Tuan Chang Lih Kang, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, the competition drew some of the best virtual racers in Malaysia, racing for the top spot to represent the nation on the international stage.
The event was highly anticipated as the top 3 winners earned the opportunity to represent Malaysia in the GR GT Cup Asia event, where they will compete for a coveted spot in the global series. After intense competition, 26-year-old Taj Izrin Aiman Taj Madira emerged as the grand winner, showcasing exceptional skill and determination. Second place was claimed by Chong Kai Chang, who delivered an impressive performance throughout the event. Meanwhile, Muhammad Iqbal Suji rounded out the podium as the second runner-up.
