- Passed a Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution by the Nursing Board Malaysia with a minimum of 2 years of clinical working experience (credit transfer allowed)
Other Diplomas
- Passed any Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 (no credit transfer)
Other Qualifications
- Any other qualifications will be considered on a case-to-case basis

Specific Requirements
Applicants are required to:
- Attend an interview session AND
- Pass a medical check-up
All applicants (except those entering using a Diploma in Nursing) must pass SPM/equivalent with:
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu; and
- Credit in Mathematics (Elementary/Additional/Modern); and
- Either 1 of the credits below:
