About

The Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management program at Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia, is tailored to emphasize the human resource aspects of business while equipping students with the necessary skills to contribute effectively to management. This program is available both full-time (18 months) and part-time (2 years).

The program fosters an understanding of HRM practices in diverse organizational contexts, with a focus on strategic, international, and comparative perspectives. LUC offers a comprehensive and multi-level approach to Human Resource Management, enabling students to appreciate and critically evaluate the latest theoretical concepts, principles, standards, and frameworks in HRM practice. For completion of the Master's degree at LUC, candidates are required to publish a minimum of two research articles in Scopus-indexed journals with Lincoln affiliation.

Entry Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent not meeting a CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in a relevant field.

English Profiency Requirements (International Students):

  • International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or its equivalent.

If a student does not meet this requirement, HEPS must offer English proficiency courses to ensure that the student’s proficiency is sufficient to meet the needs of the program.
