About
The Bachelor of Early Childhood Education program is designed to equip graduates for employment in both early childhood and primary educational settings. The curriculum adopts a community and school-based approach to teacher education, offering ample opportunities for students to specialize in early childhood education and primary school education.
Upon completion of this professional degree, graduates are qualified to work as teachers in preschools and long day care centers as four-year trained educators. Additionally, the program prepares them for employment in various roles within the children's and family services sector.

Entry Requirements
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two subjects or its equivalent; or
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum Grade of Jayyid; or
- A pass in Matriculation/ Foundation or its equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00; or
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Level 4, MQF) or its equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00; or
- A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in any field or its equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00; or
- Any relevant qualifications recognized by Malaysian government.

English Requirements :
International students must have proof of good proficiency in verbal and written English. For example, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.0 or its equivalent. If a student does not meet this requirement, HEPs must offer English proficiency courses to ensure that the student’s proficiency is sufficient to meet the needs of the programme.
