Graduates of this program are eligible to register with the Board of Valuers, Assessors, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEP) as Probationary Valuers (PV) or Probationary Estate Agents (PEA) upon graduation. The program is also recognized by the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), allowing qualified graduates to use the prefix ‘Sr’ (Surveyor) upon meeting membership requirements. Additionally, graduates can register as "Graduate Members" with the Building Management Association of Malaysia (BMAM), further enhancing their professional credentials.

Entry Requirements
- STPM: Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in 3 subjects + Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level / equivalent**.
- A-Level: Grade D in 3 subjects + Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level / equivalent**.
- UEC: Grade B in 5 subjects + Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level / equivalent**.
- SAM: ATAR 70 + Grade B in 2 subjects + Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level / equivalent**.
- CPU: Average of 70% in 6 subjects + Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level / equivalent**.
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma: Minimum of 24 points (excluding bonus points) + Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level / equivalent**.
- Foundation from UTAR: Minimum CGPA of 2.00 + Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level / equivalent**.
- Matriculation / Foundation from other institutions: Minimum CGPA of 2.00 + Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level / equivalent**.
- Diploma (Level 4, MQF): Minimum CGPA of 2.00
- Other Qualifications: Equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
