Intakes

Entry Requirements

Any one of these:

  • Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from IUKL (equivalent to LAM Part 1) with a minimum CGPA of 2.70 and 6 months of industrial training in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (equivalent to LAM Part 1) from a recognized institution with a CGPA of 2.70, 6 months of industrial training, and a portfolio review/interview by the admission panel.
  • - Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government of Malaysia.

English Language Requirements

  • Local Applicants:  MUET Band 2 OR UEC English B4.
  • International Applicants: minimum TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6.0 or Grade C in O-level English or have obtained a degree with English being the medium of instruction
