Entry Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grade A*–C including English Language and Mathematics, or specified equivalents.
- A-Levels: BBB
- BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma: DDM
- Access: The Access Diploma to include 30 Level 3 credits at Merit, plus GCSE English Language and Mathematics at grade A*-C, or specified equivalents.
- International Baccalaureate Diploma: 30 points.
- English as a Foreign Language: IELTS 6.0.
Curriculum
All qualifying law degrees are required to cover the foundations of legal knowledge. These subjects are Contract Law, Tort Law, Criminal Law, Law of the European Union, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Property Law, and Equity and Trusts, as well as the English Legal System. Specialist areas of study will ensure you have an in-depth understanding of business law in the wider commercial context, and that you are equipped to work in the global business environment. You will study specialist business law topics such as Company Law, to ensure that you understand the concept of a company as a legal entity, Intellectual Property Law, to enable you to understand the value of ideas and innovation, and International Commercial Law, to equip you to work in the global business environment.
