Entry Requirements
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (if this does not include English and maths, these must be studied as part of the Level 3 programme),
- Level 2 Functional Skills equivalent in English and maths;
- Successful interview and initial assessment;
- Successful completion of a Level 2 programme (progressing learners).
Note: For learners aged 19+ and partly funded by the Government or accessing 24+ learning loans, entry requirements are a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (these must include English and maths); successful interview and initial assessment; successful completion of Level 2 programme (progressing learners).
Curriculum
From this course, you will undertake supervised work-based placements in a range of early years settings. A paediatric first aid qualification, basic food hygiene certificate and Level 1 Safeguarding Certificate are also offered as part of the course.
