Curriculum
Subject 1: Editorial and Digital Journalism
The subject aims to develop the student’s skills in applying editorial and digital journalism to the appropriate content platforms. Students have the opportunity to develop their online writing skills and are introduced to the notion of story packaging with audio, visual and text elements.
Subject 2: Project Management, Design and Strategy
The aim of this subject is to give students the project management skills for the design, implementation, communication and evaluation of content across multimedia platforms for an audience.
Subject 3: Audio and Visual Content
The aim of this subject is to give students the ability to create audio and visual content for multimedia platforms. Students are introduced to the fundamental technical and software skills to create cross media content. Through a group project they have the opportunity to develop collaborative team skills in online and smartphone environments.
