Entry Requirements

For Malaysian Candidates:

Academic Requirements:

  • SPM/SPMV/STAM/O-Level: 3 Credits in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics/Additional Mathematics and 1 Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science)

  • Pass in 2 other subjects, including Bahasa Inggeris

  • Other qualifications equivalent to SPM will be referred to the Faculty.

Health Status:

  • Medically certified fit by a registered practitioner within one month of programme start.

Exclusion Conditions:

  • Serious physical or mental illness.

  • Serious communicable diseases.

  • Physical disability, mental disorder, or impaired senses hindering nursing dexterity.


For International Candidates:

Academic Requirements:

  • SPM or equivalent with 5 subjects (minimum Grade C).

  • Credit in Mathematics (Elementary/Additional/Modern), 1 Science subject (Science/Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Applied Science) and 3 other subjects.

English Language Proficiency:

  • IELTS: Overall Band Score of at least 5.5.

  • TOEFL (PBT): Minimum score of 515.

  • Equivalent qualifications approved by MQA.

Health Status:
