This purpose built, environmentally friendly student residence aims to provide a 'home away from home' for international students just 3 kilometres from the city centre of Adelaide.

Homestay

A minimum stay is 5 or 10 weeks depending on the age of the student.

Students will be provided with their own fully furnished room, shared use of bathroom, laundry and negotiated use of kitchen facilities. Internet and phone costs are not included in the weekly fee and usage/costs; it will need to be negotiated with the homestay host.

Student residences offer fully furnished single room accommodation complete with access to shared recreational, kitchen, laundry and shared bathroom facilities. Internet is available at an additional cost. Some residences provide meals while others require students to be responsible for their own cooking. This accommodation option is not available for students who are studying in ELICOS and/or Year 10 or 11.

Urbanest

At Lincoln College student residence, Eynesbury students over the age of 17 are provided with single room accommodation that comes complete with a fully furnished room, 3 meals a day, fibre internet with unlimited data, and extensive academic and personal support. Lincoln is located in North Adelaide - a short distance to Eynesbury and both the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia - overlooking the parklands, the Adelaide Oval and the Adelaide Hills.

Other Accommodation Options

Students over the age of 18 can find their own share accommodation, private rental accommodation, or make other living arrangements prior to arrival. Private rental accommodation (usually for 6-12 months) can be organised after students arrive in Adelaide. Information about rental properties is available at the Accommodation Office.

Campus

Eynesbury has two campuses: the modern, purpose built Coglin Street campus mainly conducts English language, Diploma and Foundation Studies programs whereas the Franklin Street campus is for Eynesbury Senior High School education. The campuses offer wireless technology throughout, kitchen facilities, quiet study areas, student computers and break-out areas for studying or relaxing.

Both located in the centre of the City of Adelaide, which is one of Australia’s most affordable and safest cities, the Eynesbury campuses are within walking distance (or a free tram ride) to the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia city campuses. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all easily accessible with the availability of a convenient and well-integrated public transport system. Buses and trams run for free within the Central Business District (CBD), and there are half price tickets for international students travelling outside of the city. International students in Adelaide also have access to Study Adelaide’s outstanding onshore student engagement program, which runs for free, and to many heavily discounted events.

To enhance student experience, Eynesbury arranges a broad range of activities both on and off campus, such as BBQ’s and bushwalking activities. Students can also join in a range of UniSA and the University of Adelaide sporting and social clubs, which helps students develop a network of friends and become more involved in the community.
